Where do we ship our products?

We can ship worldwide.

For all order we ship we use Express Delivery (EMS) or National Postal System. All items are can be tracked online. We can deliver worldwide.

Please note that working days do not include Weekends and Bank Holidays.

If you can not find your country in the pull-down list in the cart after placing an item there or at the checkout, please write us an E-mail.

The delivery to some locations may take a little longer but we will do our very best for you to get your item as soon as possible.

All shipping charges are shown at the Checkout, based on the total weight of all individual items in your Basket. To see these charges, add all products you wish to your Basket. Then go to the Checkout (without commitment) and select the quantity of each you wish, and the country they will be shipped to. You may need to reload the page, using the links or buttons provided. You will then see a list of all shipment methods we offer for that combination of products to your destination, with the price and estimated delivery date for each.

In case if I want several items, can you split or combine several orders?

If you want to order several items, just add one to your Basket (choosing options, until a page ‘added to basket’ appears) then continue to purchase other products until you’ve added everything you want.

In case if you have already placed an order and wish to add another item to it, you can either place a new order and inform us that you would like to combine it with your previous order, which we will be able to do (recalculating the new shipping for the combined package) if the first shipment has not gone. Otherwise, just contact us by phone or email naming the details about the additional items, and we will be happy to help you.

If you order several items at once, we use to ship the parcel only when the entire order is ready. If you wish us to part-ship some items earlier please either place separate orders on the site or else inform us to charge you for the extra delivery costs in the “Special Instructions” box on the Checkout page.

How quickly will my order be dispatch?

Items supplied to order have a normal-to-maximum delivery range (e.g. 2-4 weeks). We normally expect to be able to deliver in roughly the shorter period (often less) though we ask you to allow up to the maximum period in case of delays.

Items made-to-measure also use to have a normal-to-maximum delivery range. But in this case the maximum date is advisory only and is not guaranteed; please notify us if you have a deadline.

Please note that all the information given above is our own delivery schedule, not is when you may expect your order to be delivered. The delivery time will depend on your chosen shipping method, location, time of year, and may involve delays beyond our control.

We will always do our best to notify you of any service interruptions we are aware of or can predict. Although we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our control, such as postal strikes, extreme weather conditions, or other third party service failures.

Import Duty & Taxes

You may have to pay import duty and local sales taxes. You should be able to find out an approximate figure from your local government’s website or other sources. You can also contact us to identify and discuss this information.
