Shipping Methods

Speedfins provides both direct and indirect shipping options to our customers. The most common are International Express Mail Service (EMS), Standard Post (National Post) or DHL. For carrier and delivery preferences, please Contact Us.

Note: Regardless of the carrier, your parcel may be opened at customs for inspection. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Rates

We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide.

The delivery fee varies depending on the destination country and weight of the order, which includes wrapping and packaging.

The value of the spend will be displayed in your Speedfins shopping basket.

Once the checkout is completed, additionally, we will send a confirmation email which will also contain the final price, which includes the shipping fees.

Where do you deliver to, and how much does the delivery cost?

We can deliver worldwide.

All shipping charges are shown at the Checkout, based on the total weight of all individual items in your Basket.

If you can not find your country in the pull-down list in the cart after placing an item there or at the checkout, please write us an e-mail.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes for the Worldwide delivery

Applicable customs, import duties, VAT and other taxes will be charged after the parcel arrives to the destination country. These charges must be paid separately by the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes for Shipping and delivery to European Union countries

Applicable customs, import duties, VAT and other taxes are automatically included for destination countries in the EU. There are no additional payments for EU countries. You will pay only for products and delivery.

How quickly will my order be dispatch?

Items supplied to order have a normal-to-maximum delivery range (e.g. 1-4 weeks). We normally expect to be able to deliver in roughly the shorter period (often less) though we ask you to allow up to the maximum period in case of delays.

Items made-to-measure also use to have a normal-to-maximum delivery range. But in this case the maximum date is advisory only and is not guaranteed; please notify us if you have a deadline.

How long does worldwide delivery take?

An order usually arrives ten to twenty business days after it is shipped. Other factors such as weekends, national holidays, customs clearance, delayed payments, and shipping fee confirmation will extend the shipping time. Please request the order tracking number from the shop in case if it is not provided automatically.

Once the order has been shipped, the shop will send you an email containing the order tracking number. Orders shipped with EMS or National Postal System can be tracked directly from your national post website.

Can all the items of SpeedFins be shipped worldwide?

We ship all our items worldwide. If you select your shipping destination from our home page you will see products on the site that are available for your selected shipping destination.

What delivery methods do you use?

For international deliveries we use different couriers according to the destination of the order. All deliveries are tracked. You will receive your tracking code via email once your order has been shipped.

Some of these carriers may require a signature on delivery. Please ensure you have entered a valid delivery address.

What currency will I pay with?

You will pay for your order in the currency displayed on the order confirmation page.

The price displayed when you confirm your order will be the price you pay when your order is processed and will not change.

This amount will be charged to your credit/debit card / PayPal account in the currency displayed.

VAT is automatically included for destination countries in the EU.

Will I have to pay any Customs charges in my country?

There are no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union. All goods shipped to EU countries already have the relevant VAT included.

Items shipped to the Canary Islands are sold exclusive of Spanish VAT but may be subject to import duties and taxes. Customers ordering from the Canary Islands are advised to select their destination country and address as “Spain – Canary Islands”. This will ensure that the order is not subject to Spanish VAT.

Shipments sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates or Contact Us.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.

VAT is automatically included for destination countries in the EU.

Shipping Issues

  • My package did not arrive

If your package does not arrive within a couple of weeks after the purchase date, first track your order to ensure no issues occurred during the shipping process. If your problem is still unresolved, please Contact Us with an explanation of the situation.

  • My package arrived damaged

In case you receive a defected or damaged product, please Contact Us.

  • I received the wrong item

First review your order history and make sure that the product you received is different from your order. Please Contact Us to get a detailed information about our exchange policy.

  • List of prohibited and restricted items by country

As prohibited and restricted items vary depending on country, we ask that you contact your customs office for further detail. Note: we will not refund you if the product is confiscated by customs office.
