Monofin has footpockets with open heel. Hand tapered blade from fibreglass makes the blade very flexible.
Monofin has sides or full rubber protection.
It is mostly used for finswimming, underwater orienteering, freediving (especially for dynamic events) and long-distance training.
Standard measure is 71 cm wide.
